Mia has been in the financial services industry since 2005. Her main role is to oversee the compliance of all representatives in the branch office. She is responsible for monitoring and running all internal compliance for representatives to ensure that all laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures are being followed. In addition to coordinating audits and reviews with the representatives, she oversees the service department to ensure all systems and administrative procedures are implemented.
Mia has the Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and a degree in Business Administration from Chaffey College .
Outside of her working life, Mia is a devoted animal lover. She has three pets, a leopard gecko named Randall, a poodle terrier mix named Scrappy and an European Short-hair cat named Mr. Presley. Mia is a devoted wife and mother to two boys, and loves nothing more than going on outings with the whole family. She also enjoys a number of activities, like reading and attending music festivals, and hopes to one day learn how to play the piano.
